How we work with capital
The investment division looks for undervalued opportunities, then uses the rest of the platform — construction, development, title, and legal partners — so a file does not get shopped across town between every step.
We are set up for private investors and for partners who already have a lender or a developer and need a local operator who can stay in the deal.
What we will discuss

- Quote returns, preferred equity terms, or “typical IRRs”
