Founded by Mitch Gundogdu, Mitch & Banc (also Mitch and Banc) brings investment, new construction, rehab, brokerage, property management, and — through trusted partners — title and legal resources onto one platform.
We partner with investors, lenders, and developers who want the same things we do: clean underwriting, disciplined execution, and communities that are stronger when the work is done.
The current public site said it plainly, and it still holds: no family should lose their home without every option being explored. That conviction sits beside a second one — that capital, construction, and counsel should not live in separate buildings if they are working on the same problem.

Why the structure matters
