I kept watching people run a simple real estate need through five inboxes. Broker. Contractor. Manager. Title. Attorney. Each one handed the file off and called it done. I built Mitch & Banc so buy, sell, quiet sale, construction, and management live in the same office — and someone here still has the house when the others would have moved on.

How we are organized
The holding company is the brand you meet first. Realty, construction, management, development, and the Foundation operate as Mitch & Banc.
We name counsel and title on the file — not as a website card that goes nowhere.
Why the structure matters
Most real estate problems are not a single trade. A homeowner facing distress, an investor buying a tired two-flat, and a lender funding a rehab all need the same sequence: a clear title picture, a defensible path, a construction plan that matches the numbers, and someone who will still answer after closing.
